There's nothing like Hank when he gets his hands on a grill or smoker. Everything is done so meticulous, with so much love. The flavor is stubbornly infused in to his food through hours of prep work. Hank is the Picasso of pork, beef, chicken, and more.

I booked Southern n Smoked to cater a pre-wedding barbecue to welcome the friends and family in town. From the moment the grill was fired up the smells captivated everyone as we unloaded the wedding supplies and decorations from our truck. To say that the food was good would be an understatement. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to say this but I even requested a rack of lamb for my wife and Big Hank delivered and then some! From the drunken chicken, the baked beans, and the wedding party favorite potato balls, we were more than satisfied. The most amazing part is that all of the wedding attendees enjoyed the pre-wedding barbecue food more than they did the reception food. If I could go back I’d have Southern n Smoked cater both! I highly recommend to anyone who loves great food prepared by an amazing cook. Big Hank is nice in the kitchen!
